• Installation
  
  The Enterprise Network version requires installation by a qualified technician. We currently have technicians available in central Florida from Tampa to Orlando, and Northwestern Washington from Olympia to Seattle. Installation requires an appointment. Installation costs are charged by the hour plus any materials or equipment needs. Costs vary depending on size and complexity of your network.
  
  Hourly Charge: $50 with a 2 hour minimum
  
  
• Maintenance Releases
  
  Maintenance releases are free for for the life of the current supported version.
  
  
• Support
  
  Any support work such as re-installations, software movements, or work not covered elsewhere is charge at $50 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
  
  
• Enhancement Programming
  
  Although our application is comprehensive an flexible, it cannot meet everyones specific needs. If you have a need for a special report and unique functionality built into the system, we can provide that service. Because of the way our systems are constructed, it is very easy to enhance them to your specific needs. The charge for enhancement programming is $70 per hour, plus any installation charges.
